The Transaction:

The President of the Company is interested in remaining with the Company subsequent to transition of ownership. It is his desire to assist new ownership in expanding and growing the Valuation and Litigation Practice as large and as quickly as possible. He is interested in relinquishing the daily responsibility of ownership and focusing on project management and acquisition of new business. However, there is no problem if it is the desire of new ownership to have current ownership remain for a transition period only.
