Well-established Bergen County tax and accounting practice with a 80% net. The practice is presently utilizing Drake tax software, QuickBooks for accounting, and CFS for 1099s/W-2s. The practice operates out of an 800 sq ft office. You can assume the lease, which expires on 12-31-21, or port this practice to your office or another location. It is strongly desired that the current clerical employee stays on, but this is not required. The Seller will provide a smooth transition after closing and will stay on at your request.
