This practice is family operated, under L & M Tax Services. It was originally started from home in the middle of the 1980's and has evolved into a full time operation. The main revenue is of course Income Tax all year around. I am a regular tax practitioner SRTC, I am located in Lodi, California in the downtown section. So the flow of walking traffic is very decent to very good. We are in a good location. Our other services include translations, Notarizations, and whatever administrative type of work we can handle. I carry at least one full employee and part time employees on a regular basis. I am also an insurance broker, however, I am not selling that part of the business. We are a bilingual operation in spanish and english, however, we do take in all type of clients. In that respect we are very flexible as we welcome anybody or everybody that needs our Income tax expertise. This practice clientele expands all over central california and is well established. Owner is ready to retire and hand over the practice to a new owner or somebody who wants to expand at a very negotiable price.
