Small tax practice located in Ventura near the Harbor. I have been at this location 20 years. My clientele is a mix of Sole Proprietors, LLC's, S Corps, Corps, and mostly Individuals. The average billing is $300. per return. There are around two hundred clients. I do some bookkeeping. It is primarily tax work. I have been doing this for thirty years with the help of one assistant during tax season. This is ideal for some one that is just starting out in the business or would like to add to their existing practice. I am ready to retire but would be willing to stay for a year and help make the change over.
